My fiance is being charged with 2 counts of ...

My fiance is being charged with 2 counts of felony theft from the workman's comp company SAIF. The company recovered the supposed 'stolen' money immediately, which was almost three years ago. He could face up to 3 years in prison, or (best case scenario) probation and community service. There is so much at stake here. Most of all he will lose custody of his 2 daughters which he fought for years based on their mother's selfish choices and parental interference. But secondly, he could go up to 3 years without proper medical care for the back injury he was with SAIF for to begin with! It will make his chronic pain that much worse, and I can't bare to think of him sleeping on those thin pads in his condition! Please please please pray for him!
