My face Feels itchy everytime. I'm tired ...

My face Feels itchy everytime. I'm tired of taking care of my skin. Due to cold windy in my place my face stays dry and itchy. At night while sleeping i scratch my face as it itches. I don't my face to become worse. I Just want dry and itchy free. It's since long time happening. Pls pray for my itchy dry face to be healed soon. And never to return again on my face. Really tired now.
