My employer is making things very difficult, blaming me for things which are not true, or not my fault, especially one particular financial situation. He's old and not seeing things clearly. Please help solve this problem.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing difficulties with their employer. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that you would bring clarity and understanding to their employer's mind, helping them to see the truth and to discern the facts accurately.
Lord, you are the God of justice and righteousness. We ask that you would bring forth the truth and expose any false accusations or misunderstandings. Give our anonymous friend wisdom and discernment to navigate through this challenging situation with grace and integrity.
In your Word, you have promised that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We claim the assurance of 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and grant our petitions. We believe that it is your will for our anonymous friend to experience justice and fairness in their workplace.
Lord, we also pray for our anonymous friend's employer. We ask that you would touch their heart and mind, opening their eyes to the truth. Soften their heart and help them to treat our friend with fairness and respect.
We trust in your unfailing love and your ability to bring resolution to this situation. May your peace and favor rest upon our anonymous friend, giving them strength and courage to face each day. We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for being our advocate and intercessor before the Father.
