My employer is an army veteran who has a bad approach to his employees when he doesn't agree or understand what is being conveyed to him. He scolds and calls them ugly names which makes them feel stupid. Please pray that his heart would be tendered and he would give them the benefit of the doubt in every situation. Pray that God would reveal to him the ugliness in his heart. Bring conviction on him to have respect for those under him.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of Faronlywan and their prayer request concerning their employer, an army veteran. Lord, we lift up this employer to you and ask that you would soften their heart and grant them a tender spirit. We pray that you would open their eyes to the negative impact of their words and actions towards their employees.

Your Word teaches us in Proverbs 15:1 that "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." We ask that you would help this employer to respond with gentleness and understanding, even in moments of disagreement or misunderstanding. May they give their employees the benefit of the doubt and treat them with respect and kindness.

Lord, we pray that you would reveal to this employer the ugliness in their heart and bring conviction upon them. Help them to recognize the hurtful impact of their words and actions, and grant them a heart of repentance. May they seek forgiveness from those they have mistreated and strive to create a positive and respectful work environment.

We also ask for wisdom and discernment for Faronlywan and the other employees who are affected by this situation. Grant them patience and grace as they navigate through these challenging circumstances. Help them to respond with love and forgiveness, even in the face of mistreatment.

Lord, we believe that you are able to transform hearts and bring about change. We trust in your power to work in this employer's life and bring about a transformation that reflects your love and grace. May your Holy Spirit guide and lead them towards a better approach in their interactions with their employees.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
