My dog Sophie died today. She was a lemon beagle/corgi mix (we think) and she was so nosy and zesty. Full of life and personality. On walks she would check under every car for cats! She was around 12 and the death was hard because in the middle of euthanasia the vein blew, the propofol was injected straight in, and they spent over 20 minutes trying to get a vein in the other room then brought her back. She hated other people and dogs except for those in her home. Loved to sunbathe and be near me. Would howl and cry when I got home and was never in the other room, always with me. Please pray for her peace and soul and surround her with love. Please pray the journey she is on now, for it to be smooth and not lonely. For her pain to be eased that she experienced in life. And please include my other surviving dog Mikko in your prayers for his grieving process and for us to get a different life going where we’re in a better situation. Thank you. Here she is:
