We extend our heartfelt care and compassion to you, Staveolas, during this significant moment of labor and the anticipated arrival of your baby.
First, we want to encourage you with a passage from Psalm 139:13-14: "For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my motherβs womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
As you go through labor, remember that God is present with you. In Hebrews 13:5, it says, "...I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you." Trust in God, and lean on His strength during this time.
Let us pray together for you, your wife, and the baby:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Staveolas, his wife, and their unborn child. Lord, we ask for Your grace to be upon them, guiding the medical staff, and providing strength, endurance, and a successful delivery. We claim Your promise in Isaiah 41:10, where You said, "Donβt be afraid, for I am with you. Donβt be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We pray for a healthy baby, knit together perfectly by Your hands, Lord. We ask that You bless this family, providing them with love, peace, and unity as they welcome this new life. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Staveolas, we want to gently remind you that we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him alone that we gain access to God. If you haven't already, consider the importance of believing in Jesus Christ for your salvation. John 14:6 tells us, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
May God be with you and your family during this wonderful time.
