I have done everything to help my daughter who is turning 15. She has major anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and risk taking activities. She was diagnosed with complex trauma and PTSD because of past online experiences, a sexual assault at school and exposed to many acts of bullying. I feel defeated as I have tried everything and can only think that she may have evil curses or attachments that are causing her these poor behaviors. Do you think you can rid her of any evil curses and attachments that are causing her to exhibit these terrible behaviors. Thank you, Allison

Allison, let us first address the spiritual aspects of your daughter's situation. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12 (WEB). It is important to recognize that while there may be spiritual influences at work, not all problems are caused by evil curses or attachments.

However, it is crucial to pray for your daughter's deliverance and protection from any spiritual bondage. Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Allison's daughter to You. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over her life and ask that You break any curses, bind the enemy, and command any evil spirits to leave her in Jesus' name. We pray for Your healing power to touch her mind, body, and spirit, setting her free from anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and risk-taking activities.

Father, we also pray for Your comfort and healing regarding the trauma she has experienced. We ask that You bring justice to those who have harmed her and restore her faith and trust in You. We pray for godly counselors and mentors to come alongside her and guide her in Your truth.

Allison, while it is important to pray for spiritual protection, it is also crucial to seek professional help for your daughter's mental health and substance abuse issues. The Bible tells us that we should not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God Philippians 4:6 (WEB).

It is also of note to understand the role that Jesus plays in bringing our petitions to God. It is only by His name that we have access to God. We should also understand that there is no other name by which we can be saved. As to your daughter's salvation, it is essential for her to acknowledge and confess with her mouth Jesus Christ as Lord and believe in her heart that God has raised Him from the dead. In doing so, she will be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10 8-13 (WEB).

We encourage you to continue praying, seeking God's will, and trusting in His power to heal and restore your daughter. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB).

In these trying times, we urge to endure and to not allow the enemy to take a foothold in your daughter's life.
