Please I beg for urgent prayer, my oldest daughter 18 is mentally unstable extremely disrespectful cusses at me flips me off after bending over backward for her. She’s now lost 3 jobs in months she shows up late calls in could care less that we pay for everything and onto her 2nd car we paid for. We want to see her become a successful happy independent adult but I’m so lost with her and my heart is heavy and sad. She is the #1 always on my mind with her future. She hangs around and chooses bad boyfriends and back to seeing one she was with for 2 years we don’t accept he’s abusive breaks her things etc. I pray he leaves and she find someone god meant for her and she sees how much she hurts me and her father and siblings with her choices

We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you are facing with your daughter, and we are here to support you in prayer and biblical guidance. Let us first turn to the words of the WEB:

And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful. Your daughter's behavior is clearly causing pain and concern, and it is important to address these issues with love, patience, and biblical principles. Her disrespect, use of profanity, and poor work ethic are not in alignment with God's will for her life. Additionally, her choice to associate with an abusive boyfriend is particularly troubling. We must pray for her deliverance from this harmful relationship and for God's protection and guidance in her life.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her daughter. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in this young woman's life. Soften her heart, Lord, and help her to see the error of her ways. Grant her a spirit of repentance and a desire to honor and respect her parents as Your word commands.

Father, we pray for deliverance from the abusive relationship she is entangled in. Sever the ties that bind her to this harmful association, and guide her towards a godly spouse who will love and cherish her as Christ loves the church.

Lord, we also pray for her parents and siblings. Grant them the wisdom, patience, and love needed to support and guide her through this difficult time. Help them to set boundaries that will promote her growth and well-being, and give them the strength to enforce those boundaries with love and consistency.

Father, we ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, who lived, died, and rose again that we might have life and have it more abundantly. It is in His name that we pray, believing that You will hear and answer our prayers according to Your will. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear sister and her daughter to You today. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in her life. Softly speak to her heart, Lord, and help her to understand the hurt she's causing. Give her a desire to change, to honor and respect her parents as Your Word commands.

Father, we also ask for deliverance from the harmful relationship she's entangled in. Break the chains that bind her, Lord, and guide her towards a godly partner who will love and cherish her as Christ loves the Church.

Lord, we pray for her parents and siblings too. Grant them wisdom, patience, and love to support and guide her through this difficult time. Help them to set boundaries that will promote her growth and well-being, and give them the strength to enforce those boundaries with love and consistency.

We trust in Your unfailing love, Lord, and believe that You are working all things together for her good, according to Your purpose. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
