We understand your concern for your daughter Marie and the challenges she's facing at work. Let's bring these concerns before the Lord in prayer.
Firstly, we pray for Marie. We ask God to open up opportunities for her to gain extra work at the WVCSD. May her hard work and dedication be recognized and rewarded. We remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."
Next, we pray for Sheila. It's clear that there may be underlying issues in her life causing her to behave unpleasantly. We pray that God reveals these issues to her and grants her the strength to overcome them. We also pray that Sheila finds her way to God, as He is the true source of peace and happiness. As it is written in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
We also note that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is the name above all names (Philippians 2:9).
Let us pray together:
Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up Marie and Sheila. Lord, we ask that you provide Marie with more work at the WVCSD and that her efforts are appreciated. We also pray for Sheila, that you comfort her, reveal any issues in her life, and guide her towards a fulfilling walk with you. We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
