Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Metulana and her heartfelt prayer request. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this situation concerning her daughter's desire to give her baby up for adoption.
Lord, we know that you are a God of compassion and love, and you desire what is best for each of your children. We pray that you would touch the heart of Metulana's daughter and bring a change of mind. Help her to see the love and support that her mother is willing to provide for both her and the baby.
Lord, we pray that you would fill Metulana with wisdom, strength, and patience as she navigates this challenging situation. Give her the words to speak and the actions to take that will demonstrate your love and care to her daughter. Help her to be a source of comfort and encouragement, assuring her daughter that she is not alone and that together they can face any challenges that may come their way.
We also pray for the baby, Lord. We ask that you would watch over and protect this precious life. May your hand be upon the child, guiding their future and surrounding them with love and care.
Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your perfect plan for each of our lives. We surrender this situation into your hands, knowing that you are able to work all things together for good. We pray for a change of heart and a restoration of hope and unity within this family.

How encouraging to know that we have a Father in Heaven who invites us – even commands us – to bring our requests to Him (as in Philippians 4:6). And we do so confident in God’s faithfulness and compassion towards His children. I’m praying that God will provide help, strength and guidance regarding your daughter’s adoption decision according to His perfect will. Blessings and peace to your entire family!
