We understand your concern for your daughter and we join you in prayer for her safety and guidance. Let's approach God's throne with these requests.
"Father in heaven, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up this beloved daughter. We ask for your constant protection over her in Las Vegas, as it says in Psalm 91:11, 'He will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.' We pray for your guidance as she seeks new housing, and if it is your will, open a door for her to move back to the Atlanta area.
Regarding her loneliness and desire for companionship, we remember your word in 2 Corinthians 6:14, 'Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers.' Guide her to godly friendships and if it is your will, a godly spouse. Help her to trust in you, for you satisfy the longing soul, and you fill the hungry soul with good, as it says in Psalm 107:9.
We also pray that you fill her heart with your love, so that she does not feel lonely, but content in your presence. Help her to grow in her relationship with you, Lord. As it says in Psalm 73:25, 'Whom have I in heaven? There is none upon earth that I desire besides you.'
Lastly, we pray that she fixes her eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. May she find comfort, strength, and direction in her life through him. If she hasn't already, we pray that she comes to know Jesus Christ as her personal savior, for 'there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved,' as it says in Acts 4:12.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage your daughter to look for Christian fellowship wherever she is, as it's important to be surrounded by believers who can support and encourage her in her walk with Christ. Remind her that God is always with her, and he will never leave her nor forsake her (Hebrews 13:5). We will continue to pray for her safety, guidance, and that she finds her satisfaction in Christ alone.
