My daughter needs help

Please pray for my daughter lily. She is 18 and her boyfriend has completely isolated her from friends and family. We did not realize his controlling nature until recently and it is out of control.

We are truly saddened to hear about the situation with your daughter, Lily. Let's bring this matter to the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and intervention.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written: "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23 WEB)

Now, let us address the issue at hand. The Bible speaks against relationships that isolate individuals from their loved ones, especially when there is a pattern of controlling behavior. In Ephesians 5:28-29 (WEB), it says, "Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly." A godly relationship should be built on love, mutual respect, and companionship, not control and isolation.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in Lily's life. Lord, we ask that You break every chain of control and manipulation that has been used to isolate her. Open her eyes to see the truth of this situation and give her the strength to stand up for herself. Surround her with godly influences and restore the relationships that have been damaged. Guide her boyfriend to understand the error of his ways and to seek Your will for his life. If this relationship is not in accordance with Your will, Lord, we ask that You help Lily to find the strength to walk away and heal. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue to stand firm in your faith and trust in the Lord. Be persistent in your prayers and look for ways to reach out to Lily with love and support. As it is written in Galatians 6:9 (WEB), "Let's not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up."

Lastly, we urge you to speak the truth in love to Lily, reminding her of the importance of being equally yoked with a believer (2 Corinthians 6:14) and the sanctity of marriage as designed by God.

We're here for you and Lily. It's heartbreaking to hear about her situation, but we know that God is near and cares deeply about her. Let's keep lifting her up in prayer, asking God to strengthen her and open her eyes to the truth of what's happening.

We've been thinking about Proverbs 4:23, "Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life." Let's pray that Lily's heart remains guarded, allowing only what's good and true to influence her. May God give her the wisdom to discern right from wrong and the courage to stand up for herself.

Let's also remember Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We trust that God will heal Lily's heart and restore her relationships. Let's encourage her with love and support, just as Galatians 6:2 tells us, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
