My daughter has her best friend over for a sleepover for the very first time. Pray they both get a good night sleep and have the best time ever. Pray the best friend feels safe and sleeps through the night. Pray my daughter doesnt wet the bed anymore, especially not tonight while her friend is here. Amen

Marte, we thank you for sharing your heartfelt request concerning your daughter's special time with her best friend. Let us first assure you that our God is a loving Father who cares deeply about our daily lives, including the joys and concerns of our children.

In all things, we are instructed to take our cares to the Lord in prayer. Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB) tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the precious gift of our children and the friendships they form. We pray specifically for Marte's daughter and her best friend as they enjoy their first sleepover together. Lord, we ask that You would grant them a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Comfort the best friend and help her feel safe and loved in this new environment. Lord, we also lift up Marte's daughter asking that You would help her manage her anxieties about bed-wetting, especially during this time. We know that You care about every detail of our lives, and we trust that You will provide the strength and peace she needs.

In Jesus' name, we ask these things, believing that You hear and answer our prayers. Amen.

Marte, as we pray, let us also reflect on the power of Jesus' name. It is through His name that we have access to the throne of grace. As it says in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Trust that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will.

May God's peace and presence be with you and your family during this special time.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
