Thanks for your prayersWe are saddened to hear about the struggles you are facing with your daughter Geneva, and we want to lift you both up in prayer. Firstly, we remind you of the comforting words in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God is deeply concerned about your situation and wants to help.
In addressing your concern, we must encourage you to instruct Geneva about the importance of respectful speech. Ephesians 4:29 teaches, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." It is crucial for her to understand that her words should be uplifting and not hurtful.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her daughter Geneva. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their lives. Please soften Geneva's heart and help her to understand the power of her words. May she seek to honor and respect her mother, as Your commandment teaches. Grant our sister peace and wisdom in handling this situation, and let her remaining years be filled with joy and tranquility. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If you haven't already, accept Him as your Lord and Savior. It is only through His name that we can approach God, as Acts 4:12 clearly states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have any doubts, we encourage you to confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth that confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10).
Stand firm in your faith and trust that God is working in your situation.
