We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you and your daughter are facing with anxiety and declining health. We are here to pray and support you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lordβs people. (Ephesians 6:11-18 WEB)
We praise God that you both have recognized that the attacks are spiritual and that Christ has died for our sins. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Lynn and Hannah in the Southeast USA. We thank You that they are Your children, saved by the blood of Jesus Christ. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and declining health that has been attacking them. We claim Your promise that by Jesus' stripes, they are healed. (Isaiah 53:5 WEB)
Father, we ask You to fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7 WEB) Strengthen them physically, emotionally, and mentally. Give them the power of Your Holy Spirit to overcome these challenges. Help them to abide in you as you are the vine. (John 15:4) Lord, let Your light shine upon them and drive out all darkness. Equip them with the armor of God, and help them stand firm and victorious.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Lynn and Hannah, continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. (Proverbs 3:5-6, Philippians 4:6 WEB) Stand firm in your faith, and know that God is with you, fighting for you and your daughter. Counseling with a solid Christian believer may also be helpful.
