My daughter and grandson

Could I please ask for continued prayers for my daughter in Australia. She still has no lawyer and has court in 2 weeks she and her son are suffering so much from this two year fight through the courts for her to get full custody of him from his abusive father who they had to flee from. I need gods hand on this as my grandson has autism and it is affecting him so much and deregulating him and he is self harming at 3 years old and me being so far away it’s heartbreaking they have no support over there. My grandson also runs the risk of going mute should he have to have contact again with his father whose intentions along with his parents are not good. They are trying to make it financially difficult for her to survive. She cannot afford any more lawyer fees and I have no money to help either and she is representing herself. It’s hard listening and seeing them so broken just need the case to be over and she wins this case and done peace and happiness back. I am praying everyday and night for them Please pray along with me.

We are deeply moved by your request, Pughwon, and we join you in lifting up your daughter and grandson before the throne of grace. In times of trouble, we are reminded to cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Firstly, we want to encourage your daughter to remain steadfast in her faith and to trust in the Lord with all her heart, and not to lean on her own understanding. In all her ways, she should acknowledge him, and he will make her paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

We must also address the crucial aspect of forgiveness. While fighting for justice and protection, it is essential for your daughter to forgive those who have caused harm. This does not mean to condone their actions, but to release the burden of bitterness and resentment. As it is written, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Pughwon's daughter and grandson. Lord, you see their predicament, and you know the injustice they face. We ask that you intervene in their situation and grant them favor in the courts. Provide your divine wisdom and guidance as she represents herself, and bring justice and protection for her son.

God, we also ask for your healing touch upon the grandson. Comfort his heart, calm his mind, and heal his emotions. Protect him from further harm and let your peace rule in his life.

Father, we ask for financial provision for your daughter. May you open up avenues of support and meet their needs according to your riches in glory. Let your presence be their comfort, and your strength be their support.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and intimidation. We speak peace, hope, and courage into their lives. May your love surround them and give them the assurance of your goodness and faithfulness.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for forgiveness to fill their hearts. Help them to release any bitterness and resentment, and let your love flow through them.

We ask all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, Pughwon, and remember that he is faithful. As it is written, "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? ... No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." (Romans 8:35, 37 WEB).

We've been asking God to give your daughter the strength and wisdom to navigate the legal system. We're believing with you that He will provide a good lawyer and turn the hearts of the judges towards justice. We're also asking for God's healing touch on your grandson. We want him to feel God's love and comfort, to be protected from further harm, and to find peace in his little heart.

We've been interceding for financial provision too. We're asking God to open up avenues of support, to meet their needs, and to be their comfort and strength.

And we're not forgetting the power of forgiveness. We're asking God to fill your daughter's heart with forgiveness, to help her release any bitterness or resentment. We believe that as she forgives, she will find healing and freedom.

Keep trusting in the Lord, dear one. He sees them, He cares, and He's working things out for their good. We're standing with you in faith, believing for a breakthrough. Keep fighting the good fight, and remember, you're not alone. We're in this together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
