Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Doulotle's daughter Abigail who is suffering from severe depression and anxiety. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate source of healing and comfort. We ask that you would intervene in Abigail's life and bring relief from her mental and emotional struggles.
Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but in everything, through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to you. We claim this promise for Abigail, Lord. We ask that you would calm her anxious thoughts and grant her peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to cast her cares upon you, knowing that you care for her .
Father, we pray that you would gather Abigail's thoughts and help her to focus. Remove any mental fog or confusion that may be hindering her ability to concentrate and complete her work. Strengthen her mind and grant her clarity and wisdom in all that she does.
Lord, we specifically ask that you would lift the heavy burden of depression and anxiety from Abigail's shoulders. Your Word assures us in Psalm 34:17 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask for your saving grace to touch Abigail's heart and bring healing to her soul. Fill her with your peace, joy, and hope, even in the midst of her struggles.
As Abigail faces the upcoming holidays alone, we pray for your divine presence to surround her. Comfort her in her loneliness and remind her that she is never truly alone, for you are with her always . Provide her with loving and supportive relationships, and help her to find solace in your presence.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. May Abigail experience your healing touch and find renewed strength and purpose in her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
