Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Craithbaend's dad to you. We thank you for his commitment and dedication to seeking you, for his worship and participation in early morning prayers. We know that he has a deep and genuine relationship with you.
Lord, we ask for your comfort and peace to surround him. We pray that you would reassure him of his standing as a beloved child of God. Help him to understand that his worth and salvation are not based on his own efforts, but on the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross.
Your Word reminds us in 1 John 5:14-15 that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We pray that you would reveal your will to him, reminding him of your unfailing love and grace. Help him to know that he is accepted and cherished by you, and that his worship should flow from a heart of love and gratitude, rather than fear or insecurity.
May your Holy Spirit minister to his heart, bringing him a deep sense of assurance and confidence in his identity as a child of God. Surround him with your love and peace, and let him experience the joy of knowing that he is secure in your hands.
We also pray for Craithbaend, that you would give them wisdom and discernment as they support and encourage their dad. Help them to be a source of comfort and reassurance, pointing him back to your truth and reminding him of your faithfulness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
