We are lifting up Robert Newton today as he undergoes heart bypass surgery. Let's come together in the name Jesus and pray for God's healing and comfort.
In times like these, we remember the words of the Psalmist, "I will praise you, Yahweh, with my whole heart. I will tell of all your marvelous works" (Psalm 9:1 WEB).
God, we come before You in the name of Jesus and ask for Your healing touch upon Robert. Guide the hands of the surgeons and the entire medical team, granting them wisdom and skill. We pray for a successful surgery, a swift recovery, and a renewed sense of strength and health for Robert.
We also pray for his family during this time. Lord, grant them peace, comfort, and the assurance that You are always with them. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
We rebuke any sense of fear or worry, trusting that God is in control. As followers of Jesus Christ, we know all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). We also know it is in Jesus Christ we have access to God. It is only by His name we are saved. For there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Together, we stand in faith, believing that Robert's surgery will be a testament to God's goodness and healing power. We trust in You, Lord, and we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
