My cousin’s miscarriage

I am requesting support in prayer for my cousin who just miscarried today at ### weeks along. She had been praying for this baby for the past ### years and she is devastated by this loss. Please pray for peace for healing and for God’s amazing plan for her family to prevail. I speak life over her and her womb. God is an amazing father who can comfort and give us the desires of our hearts at the right time. Thank you.

We are truly sorrowful to hear about your cousin's miscarriage and the loss of her baby. We are here to pray and support her through this difficult time.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18 WEB

In times of grief, it's important to remember that God hears our prayers and that He cares for us. Even when we don't understand His ways, we can trust in His goodness and sovereignty. We should also remember that children are a heritage from the Lord and that He remains faithful to His promises.

Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They won’t be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate. Psalm 127:3-5 WEB

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who has just experienced the pain of miscarriage. Father, we ask for Your comfort and peace to surround her and her family during this time. We pray for healing, not just physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her.

Lord, we speak life over her and her womb. We declare that You have good plans for her and her family. We ask that You, in Your perfect timing, will bless her with the desire of her heart. Give her the strength and faith to trust in You, even in this moment of heartache.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here, holding your cousin close in our hearts and prayers. We know this is a heavy loss, especially after years of longing and hoping. We want her to know that even in this darkness, God is near. He sees her pain, He feels her sorrow. Let's remind her of the promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
