Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her prayer request regarding her colleague ### in her workplace school. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in this situation. We pray for peace to prevail during the workshop that they will be attending together. We ask that You would touch ###'s heart and help him to change his aggressive and vindictive behavior. Lord, we pray that You would grant ### the ability to speak without interruption and to effectively communicate her thoughts and ideas.

Lord, we pray that through their guidance and correction, ### will realize the need to change his approach towards ###.
Father, we trust in Your power to bring about transformation and reconciliation in this situation. We ask for Your divine protection over ### during the workshop, shielding her from any harm or negative influence. May Your peace surround her and give her confidence as she interacts with ###.
We claim the promise in Matthew 18:19, where You said, "Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven." Lord, we stand in agreement with ###, asking for Your intervention and resolution in this matter.
