We understand your concern and heartache, dear sister or brother in Christ. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for your precious child.
Firstly, let us remember God's love for children, as Jesus said, "But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'" (Matthew 19:14 WEB). Your daughter is precious in His sight.
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved child to You. Lord, You know the concerns and worries of this parent's heart. We ask for Your divine intervention in this child's life, that You would touch her mind and spirit, and bring her to a place of understanding, communication, and social ease. We pray against any mental illness or developmental disability, and ask that You would grant a miracle of healing and wholeness.*
*Lord, guide these parents with Your wisdom. Give them peace in their hearts, and help them to trust You completely with their daughter's future. Help them to parent her in a way that points her to Jesus, so that she may come to know Him early and intimately.*
*Forgive this parent for their worry and broken heart, Lord. Remind them of Your promise: "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).*
Lastly, dear believer, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord. Remember that He has a plan and a purpose for your daughter's life. Keep praising Him and thanking Him, even in this challenging situation. Continue to bring her up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4 WEB), and trust that He will be faithful to complete the good work He has started in her (Philippians 1:6 WEB).
We are standing with you in prayer, dear sister or brother. Be encouraged and keep your hope in Jesus.
