My calves cramp and feel like they will cramp every single night. The pain of these cramps has me biting back screams. I fear going to bed every night because I know that I could wake up to a cramp. I have cried out to God so many times in the middle of the night but I dont see any changes and I am so tired. Because of these cramps I dont get any sleep and that messes with the rest of my life. It is currently 2:42 am and I am so frustrated. I just want to sleep in peace and no worry if Im going to wake up in excruciating pain or not. Where are you Lord

Cramps are caused when muscles lack water or potassium.. Try drinking more water and taking potassium supplements.
