My brother's name is ###. He is an Army officer but he doesn't go to work. He is a drunkard and uses drugs too. More so, she has a woman by name ### who moves with him around and doesn't allow him to go to work. It is like the woman uses some witchcraft. Kindly assist, his work now at risk.
