My brothers name is Emmanuel Waliama.He is an Army officer but he doesn't go to work.he is a drankard and uses drugs too.more so she has a wiman by name velistas who moves with him around and doesn't allow him to go to work.it is like the woman uses some witchcraft. Kindly assist, his work now at risk.
