My brother to be released from prison - trap of her ex girlfriend

My brother released from prison immediately.
He is there for 5 months.
If he would be declared gullty he will get 3-4 years.
Falsely accused of rape and heavy physical abuse.
All irregularities and illegal stuff, bribing blackmailing, subjectivity, greed, delaying, anything that is not right with people and administration, legal proces to be removed with the blood of Jesus.
This woman who accused him is mentaly diagnosed, using druggs, very rich, suspicious source of money, lying to my brother even about her education, had 3 husbands of which the one killed himself, with the other one she is having a legal proces to take him "her part" of his inheritence, my brothers car was dammaged when she was with her, we suspect that she has a web or people who are working for her or maybe even she is a drug dealer...her lawyer is famous lawyer in Croatia who defended worst criminals in the country and he is her family friend???
We are hopeless because nobody is investigating her credibility, only his.
And my brother has no criminal record. (49 years old)
