My brother need a spiritual turnaround and restoration for him to be accepted back to his work place. Please help him

Heavenly Father, we come to you in the name of Jesus, asking for your divine intervention in the life of Gwaenoreth's brother. We ask that you would bring a spiritual turnaround and restoration to his life, that he may be accepted back to his work place. We pray that you would give him the strength and courage to make the right choices, and that you would open the right doors for him. We ask that you would fill him with your peace and joy, and that you would guide him in the paths of righteousness.
