My brother is not allowed to see his children (his wife)

My brother is now out of prison, falsely accused, but his ex wife doesnt allow his children to see him.
The legal process is not over yet.
She is afraid that they will get info that he was in prison and that he is a possible rapist (which he is not for sure).
She is a snob so that is the main reason.
Please pray that he will be able to see his children regularly and that they will have great time and that they will understand and believe his father and maybe even spend summer hollydays together because he is now at in her wifes appartement at the seacoast. Amen
