My brother in prison in depression and fear

Pray for my brother to get out of the prison custody.
Falsely accused of raping his ex girlfriend and physicaly abusing her.
He is in prison since 22. january.
He has no criminal record, only some traffic tickets.
He is 49.
He looses hope and is depressed.
Doesnt want contact with me and my parents because it reminds him of the world outside.
He has fear that this woman will do something to him and to his children, that she is capable of horrible things and she will not let him go.
She is using druggs (cocaine) and has history of using druggs. We suspect that she is involved in big drugg dealing.
My brother wanted to leave her and she is getting revenge now.
Lord, please give my brother peace of mind, remove any fear, give him HOPE, FAITH, JOY and PEACE in Jesus name.
Lord, protect my brother from any evil and his whole family in Jesus name.
