We join with you, Sharonjoan, in lifting up your brother's health and your vehicle issues before the throne of grace.
Firstly, we thank God for your brother's life and pray for his healing. We're reminded of James 5:14-15 (WEB), "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We pray that the doctors would have wisdom to diagnose and treat his health issues effectively. We also pray for your brother's faith to be strengthened during this time, that he may know the peace of God that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7).
Regarding your vehicle, we're encouraged that you've approached this situation with faith, asking in Jesus' name. We echo your prayer that the right parts would arrive and that the mechanics would have discernment and skill to fix the issues promptly. We're reminded of Matthew 7:7 (WEB), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you."
We appreciate that you've ended your request in Jesus' name. It's important to remember that Jesus said, "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:14 WEB). It's only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up Sharonjoan's brother. We ask that you would heal him, guide the doctors, and give him peace. We also pray for Sharonjoan's vehicle, that the right parts would arrive and be installed correctly. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, Sharonjoan, knowing that He cares for you and your brother (1 Peter 5:7).
