My boyfriend and I have been together for almost three years. He lives in Cuba, I live in England. He is a musician and often works as an accompanist at dance events out there. He is a very trusting and caring person and often doesn't realise how other people's intentions aren't necessarily the same as his. He has been in two very similar situations in the last year, which involved him trying to help a young woman out with problems, but ending up with her kissing him on the face and hugging him. The first time this happened, he was repentant and cut off all ties with the girl involved. He asked for forgiveness and we moved on, with me learning to trust him again. However, the situation seems to have repeated itself recently and we find ourselves in the same state of feeling distraught and not knowing what to do.

My prayer request is for us as a couple to reconcile, if that is God's will and for the situation to be transformed, so that we both understand better how to make/be friends with members of the opposite sex without compromising the commitment we have with one another and God. Also, please pray for a long-term solution to the fact that we live almost 5000 miles apart, if God's will is for us to continue. We had talked a lot about marriage before this situation repeated itself and had been feeling a growing call to get married, but neither of us have the financial/working/housing means to do so. However, our God is a God of miracles.
