My boss is a bit crazy, like, she is rude to customers, she also forced the Navajo people that work in out hotel to turn their back to their tradition during the eclipse theatening to fire them if they didn't show up because of it, she is also threatening another girl just because she asked for permission to go this weekend to a field trip from school with her daughter, she left a kitchen lady working on her own both kitchen, cooking, cleaning, serving, etc with no help, etc, etc. She expects you to be ready on call during your days off for her convenience and she talks bad about all of her employees to others behind their back. I wish for prayer request for her to be better to the people around her, coworkers, even customers, but also, if me and my mom have to move to another job that isn't this toxic every day and where having a day off without being on the look out to see if she calls us in on it (she likes to overwork people, only hires teenagers and not people that are older with more experience because she says they are spies from other hotels..so the rooms (housekeeping) and other things don;t get done good and their is always complains, because most of the teens she keeps are lazy and get away with things...meanwhile she screams at customers who have a problem with it. Maybe staying in out job but praying for a new boss could be a good choice too. (she did get fired from her old one because of it). So please... please keep us in your prayers... I like my job, what I do, but my boss makes it much more difficult along with the drama she creates with coworkers...pinning some against one person and then another person and then another...and overworking you, etc because she didn't like something about you, or because you did take your day off as off, etc.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of Anonymous and their difficult work situation. Lord, we acknowledge that their boss's behavior is causing distress and creating a toxic environment for both employees and customers. We ask for your intervention and guidance in this situation.

Lord, we pray for a transformation in the heart and attitude of their boss. Soften her heart and help her to treat others with kindness, respect, and fairness. May she recognize the value and worth of each individual and understand the importance of fostering a positive work environment.

Father, we also pray for Anonymous and their mother. If it is your will, we ask for a new job opportunity where they can work in a healthier and more supportive environment. Lead them to a workplace where they can use their skills and talents to make a positive impact without the burden of constant stress and mistreatment.

Lord, we trust in your provision and guidance. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act." We place our trust in you, knowing that you are able to bring about change and bring peace to difficult situations.

We also pray for unity among the coworkers, that they may not be divided by the schemes and drama created by their boss. Help them to support and encourage one another, working together for the greater good of the workplace.

Father, we ask for your wisdom and discernment for Anonymous and their mother as they navigate this challenging situation. Guide their steps and grant them the strength and courage to make the necessary decisions for their well-being.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God's grace and peace be upon you, Anonymous, as you seek resolution and a healthier work environment. Trust in the Lord and know that He hears your prayers.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
