We are with you in spirit, lifting up your fiancée as she takes her bar exam. It's wonderful to hear of her desire to use her legal career to serve others, echoing the sentiment in Galatians 5:13, "For you, brothers, were called for freedom. But don't use your freedom to indulge your flesh, but to serve one another through love."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up this precious daughter of Yours. We ask for Your peace to fill her heart, calming any anxiety or fear. Grant her a clear mind and the ability to recall all that she has studied. We pray for Your will to be done in her life. If it is Your desire for her to pass this exam and become a lawyer, then let Your hand guide hers. Help her to use her skills and knowledge to bring justice, show mercy, and walk humbly with You, as it is written in Micah 6:8. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you both to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that His plans are always good, as Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
As you prepare to enter into a lifelong covenant of marriage, remember to keep God at the center of your relationship. Continue to encourage and support each other in your individual and shared callings. We also want to remind you, in case it was overlooked, that it's only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" So, ensure that you both keep your faith in Him, and your marriage will be blessed.
