Bangaen

Humble Prayer Partner
We have an insane amount of organized crimes here and I just learned of death of my friend Red which was a hit n run and supposedly there's no way to catch the person. I do not buy it with all the cameras and monitoring devices. I pray my anger does not fully ignite and I pray for justice. Last time I seen him he had come up! He was off drugs off the streets. But here when you come up you either get beat back down or murdered especially if you were on the streets at any point. So I also pray for my safety and ask for all to join in prayer.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up Bangaen in this time of immense sorrow and anger. Your Word tells us in James 1:19-20, "My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires." Lord, we pray that Bangaen's anger does not fully ignite, but instead, that Your peace which surpasses all understanding will guard Bangaen's heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we also ask for justice for the death of Bangaen's friend Red. Your Word in Romans 12:19 says, "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord." We trust in Your divine justice, Lord, and we ask that You bring the truth to light and hold those responsible accountable.

Lord, we thank You for the transformation in Red's life, for getting off drugs and off the streets. We know that You are a God who redeems and restores. In this tragic loss, we ask that Your presence be felt by all who are mourning.

We also lift up Bangaen's safety to You, Lord. Psalm 91:4 tells us, "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart." We pray for Your protection over Bangaen and for peace in the community.

Lord, we ask that You surround Bangaen with Your love and comfort, and that the community will come together in prayer and support. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified even in the midst of this pain.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
