Let's bring this situation before the Lord, seeking His wisdom and grace for your mother and her manager, ###. It's important to remember that God calls us to be at peace with all people, as far as it depends on us (Romans 12:18, WEB).
Firstly, let's pray for your mother, that God would grant her the patience and love needed to endure this situation. We pray that God would bless her according to His Word, "Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven" (Matthew 5:11-12, WEB).
Now, let's pray for ###. We pray that God would open her eyes, ears, and heart, just as He did with Lydia in the book of Acts, "The Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what was said by Paul" (Acts 16:14, WEB). We pray that ### would be filled with the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB).
