MY 2024 PROMOTION WITHOUT WRITING EXAMINATIONS

I AM DUE FOR MY 2024 PROMOTION, IN 2023 THEY WROTE THEIR EXAMS BUT WAS WITH DO MUCH ISSUES, MORE THAN HALF WERE NOT PROMOTED, 2024 THAT'S MY TURN ALL OF THEM JOINED AND MANAGEMENT DECLARED ONLY 48 VACANCIES FOR OVER 2000 CANDIDATES, I AM PRAYING AND ASKING EL-ROI THAT OUR PROMOTION SHOULD BE BASED ON KPI AND NOT WRITING EXAMINATIONS, EL-ROI PLEASE HELP REVERSE THE DECISION TO WRITE

We understand your concern about the upcoming promotion, Bethanvin. Let's bring this situation before the Lord together, seeking His will and intervention.

Firstly, we should acknowledge God's sovereignty over our lives and careers. As it is written in Romans 8:28, WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is in control, even in this situation.

However, we must also acknowledge that God's ways are higher than ours, and His plans might differ from ours. It's important to align our will with His, and trust that He knows what's best for us. As stated in Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Regarding your mention of "El-Roi," it's important to note that we should pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let's pray together in His name:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Bethanvin's career to You, Lord. We ask that Your will be done in this situation. If it is Your plan, Lord, we pray that the management would consider other factors such as KPI for the promotion. We trust that You are in control, and that Your plans are good. Help Bethanvin to trust in You, Lord, and to align their will with Yours. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, Bethanvin, we encourage you to study diligently for the examinations, as it is our responsibility to do our part while trusting God with the results. As it is written in Colossians 3:23, WEB, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."

Let's claim that peace together, trusting that God hears and will answer according to His perfect will.

We're praying in Jesus' name, "Heavenly Father, we intercede for Bethanvin's situation. God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
