MY 2024 PROMOTION EXAMS TO BE DONE USING OUR KPI NOT WRITTEN

I have earlier sent in this prayer request, though the management is still quiet over this issue, staff are complaining bitterly, that we are over ### staff qualified for this promotion, because of the back log of ###,###,###,###,###, and ###, which I am due with others, our management needs to clear the back log, but no they declared ### VACANCIES for over ### candidates. That is not fair at all but I believe God of Heaven and Earth is in control he will touch their hearts to have a rethink in Jesus mighty name Amen and Amen

Let us first remind you of God's sovereignty and care for us, as it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

In the face of such uncertainty and apparent unfairness, it is crucial to maintain our trust in God's plan and timing. We encourage you to find peace in the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

However, we must also address that while you mentioned the "God of Heaven and Earth," you did not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Let this be a reminder to center our prayers and faith in Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we are saved.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this challenging situation. We ask that You touch the hearts of the management, that they may act with wisdom, fairness, and compassion. We pray that You guide their decisions, that those who are due for promotion would be recognized and rewarded for their hard work and patience. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
