We join with you, Justin, in lifting up those who are silent or soft-spoken, asking the Lord Jesus to help them in their communication and interactions with others. We are reminded of Moses, who was slow of speech and slow of tongue, yet God used him mightily (Exodus 4:10-12, WEB).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your help on behalf of those who are silent or soft-spoken. We pray that You would give them the courage and strength to speak up when necessary, and the wisdom to know when to listen. Help them to communicate effectively and be understood by those around them.
Lord, we also pray for those who struggle with speech impediments or communication difficulties. We ask for Your healing touch upon their lives, that they may be able to express themselves clearly and confidently.
We thank You, Lord, for Your promise to give us the words to say when we need them (Luke 12:11-12, 21:15, WEB). We claim this promise for those who are silent or soft-spoken, that they may speak with boldness and clarity when needed. We believe in the name of Jesus Christ, we can be saved. We thank you for your salvation, the free gift of eternal life if only we will believe in Jesus Christ. For by grace we are saved through faith, it is the gift of God and not of works, it is not of ourselves, lest any man should boast.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Justin, we encourage you to continue praying for these individuals, and to be a source of support and encouragement to them. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul, "Therefore, I exhort you, brothers, through the Lord Jesus Christ, and through the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in your prayers to God for me" (Romans 15:30-32, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full" (John 16:23-24, WEB). It's only through Jesus Christ that we can access God.
