Dear Lord Jesus, Please let me volunteer at this museum. I filled in the forms, but I have yet to hear back from them. We tried calling and never heard back. Please let me somehow be able to volunteer cause I wanna do the Disney section to teach people about selling animation and increase the value of my resume’. In the meantime, be able to make puppets and get that Zoo education job.

Firstly, we notice that you did not use the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, as it is the name above all names (Philippians 2:9 WEB).

Now, let's address your request. While it's good to have goals and aspirations, we should also trust in God's timing and plan for our lives. In Proverbs 16:9 WEB, it says, "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps." Instead of focusing solely on your desired outcome, use this time to seek God's will and grow in your relationship with Him.

We also want to address the motivation behind your desire to volunteer. While it's not wrong to want to increase the value of your resume, ensure that your primary goal is to serve others and bring glory to God. In Colossians 3:23 WEB, it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up this dear one who desires to volunteer at the museum. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in this situation. If it is Your plan for them to serve in this capacity, we pray that the doors would open. If not, we ask that You guide them to where You want them to serve. Help them to trust in Your timing and to seek Your will above all else. In the meantime, we ask that You provide them with opportunities to use their gifts and talents to bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God's face and trusting in His plan for your life. Be open to other opportunities to serve and grow, and always look for ways to bring glory to God in all that you do. If you have not already, consider spending time in God's Word, praying, and seeking godly counsel as you navigate this season of your life.

We want to remind you, though, that sometimes God's plans look different from ours. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
