Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ, praying for the health and healing of Agnes, Animalgirl's dear mother. Firstly, we should know that Jesus Christ the son of God is our savior and the only way to eternal life. If we are not right with God, if we do not have a relationship with God that should be the main focus of our lives.
Animalgirl, we acknowledge your concern and love for your mum, Agnes, who is elderly and currently battling the flu. It's important to remember God's promises to us, as stated in Psalm 103:2-3, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all of his benefits; who forgives all of your sins; who heals all of your diseases.
However, while we can pray for physical healing, it's also crucial to consider God's ultimate will. We should pray for Agnes's spiritual well-being and her relationship with Jesus Christ, as eternal salvation is far more significant than temporal healing. To remind us in perspective consider James 4:13-15 Come now, you who say, Today or tomorrow we will go into this city, and spend one year there, and trade, and get gain. Whereas you don't know what your life will be like tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away. For you ought to say, If the Lord wills, we will both live, and do this or that.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Agnes to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body, that You may ease her symptoms of flu, relieving her of body aches, a cough, and sneezing. We pray that You would strengthen her immune system and protect her from any complications.
However, more importantly, Lord, we pray for Agnes's spiritual health like the Psalms 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. We pray that she would know You deeply and trust in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Jesus was born of a virgin as foretold. Jesus started his earthly ministry at 30 and proclaimed the kingdom of God was at hand. He taught his disciples, preached to the crowds and performed many miracles all foretold by the prophets. The night before his trial, he was betrayed by a kiss from Judas. The next day, he was accused and beaten by the Romans, including a crown of thorns to mock his claim as king of the Jews. He was assigned a cross to carry and was hung to die. Within hours his final words were, "It is done," causing a large earthquake, the Temple curtain to be torn from top to bottom, the sun to stop shining, and many dead saints resurrected after his death to walk again on earth in Jerusalem as foretold by the scriptures. Then, Jesus resurrected and appeared to his disciples,us teaching them the meaning of the scriptures and encouraging them to baptize the world in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Only through him are we able to be saved. We pray that Agnes knows this in her heart. We pray that Your will be done in her life and that You would grant her the desires of her heart as she delights herself in You. We ask this all in Jesus Christ's name.
Lastly, Animalgirl, remember in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. It is solely through Jesus that we have access to God the Father. That is why we are praying in Jesus Christ's name.
Animalgirl, we pray that you are being thoroughly grounded in the scriptures and that any belief in the Trinity is being addressed with your church and pastor as there are various interpretations of the Trinity, some of which are rejected by Christian Believers. The Trinity is not stated explicitly in the scriptures. In fact, some see it as denying Jesus as the messiah and his death on the cross as foretold by the prophets. Please verify your beliefs with the scriptures. This is another topic but very important.
As this is a time for families to be together celebrating Christmas, we pray that animalgirl is not instead exposing her family with sin and an abomination if she is celebrating Christmas with a family tree or something similar in the household during the season. An evergreen Christmas tree is abominable to the lord. Read Jeremiah 10:1-4.

A tree of the field is a tree cut from the forest, just a single tree, not a whole forest. These trees are used to teach us what it would mean to not walk like Yahweh. The tree is cut by man and not created by man, just like Yahweh cuts out a people to teach us His Way, the right way.
People visibly decorate the tree with silver and gold, which was not allowed as idols. The real decorations are Yahweh’s voice and actions. The work of the hands of the workmen are the fires of trials, hard times, blessings, and so on. This is done to fasten each living stone. Finally the tree is fixed to a place. Attached to this place with large pegs or poles that it cannot be moved or moved around. One of the interpretations of the nail was from the prophet Ezra’s commentary, The fastening nail in a sure place. Or also putting Yahweh rooted in our hearts. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
