We understand that you're going through a challenging time with your family and the need to move out. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a merciful and gracious God, always ready to help us in our times of need.
We pray that our Lord would do something about your housing needs, according to His riches and glory in Christ Jesus. We do not ask for a handout, but that He would help you to do what you are able to do, and that He would do in your life what only He can do. We will also pray that He will give you peace that transcends all understanding to guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. We pray that He will give you strength in this situation as we have scripture that says that our strength is made perfect in our weakness. ###
Psalms 46:1-11 says:
God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble.
Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes,
though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas;
though its waters roar and are troubled,
though the mountains tremble with their swelling.
Selah.
There is a river, the streams of which make the city of God happy,
the most holy dwelling place of the Most High.
God is in the middle of her. She shall not be moved.
God will help her at dawn.
The nations raged. The kingdoms were moved.
He lifted his voice, then the earth melted.
Yahweh of Armies is with us.
The God of Jacob is our refuge.
Selah.
Come, see Yahweh’s works, what desolations he has made in the earth.
He makes wars cease to the end of the earth.
He breaks the bow, and shatters the spear.
He burns the chariots in the fire.
“Be still, and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations.
I will be exalted in the earth.”
Yahweh of Armies is with us.
The God of Jacob is our refuge.
In your overwhelmed state, cast your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. We have a lot of scriptures that tell us not to worry or be anxious. This means that you have a choice in the matter. Even though it may not feel like it, and you may not be able to see how you can stop from worrying, just know that God would not give us these scriptures if it was not possible to do them.
We would like to remind you that what is impossible for man is possible for God. Jesus said that if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this sycamore tree, ‘Be rooted up, and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.
We know that the effective, heartfelt prayer of a righteous man makes great power. Make sure that you are praying heartfelt prayers and that you walk uprightly before God. Also pray in the name of Jesus Christ as it is only by that name that we have access to the Father.
We will continue to pray for God's guidance and provision in your life, that He would open the doors for you to find a new home and that He would give you the strength and wisdom to navigate this family issue. We encourage you to trust in Him, knowing that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
Please share with us how God is working in this situation in your life, as we would like to rejoice with you as your requests are granted.
