Nanyel, we understand the weight of waiting and the uncertainty your family is facing. Let us stand with you in prayer and remind you of God's unfailing promises.
First, let's remember the words of Psalm 37:7, "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him." It's normal to feel anxious or doubtful when we see others progressing while we wait, but remember, God's timing is perfect, and His plans are always good (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also want to encourage you with Galatians 6:9, which says, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we don’t give up." Your mother's efforts will not be wasted. God sees her hard work and patience.
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Nanyel's family to You today. We ask for a divine calm to settle upon them, a peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their hearts to trust in Your plan and Your timing.
Lord, we ask for a breakthrough in this job situation. If it is Your will for Nanyel's mother to get this job in the UK, we pray that the process would be expedited, and the door would be flung open. If not, we trust that You have a better plan in store.
In the meantime, Lord, comfort them and provide for their every need (Philippians 4:19). Help them to remain hopeful and patient, and to keep their eyes fixed on You.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, Nanyel, we noticed that you didn't mention Jesus Christ in your request. We want to remind you that it's only through His name that we have access to God (John 14:6). If you haven't already, consider opening your heart to Jesus, trusting in His sacrifice on the cross for your sins, and His resurrection for your eternal life. This relationship with Him will give you even more assurance and peace in times of waiting and uncertainty.
