Move the heart of my former employer to hire me back

Dear heavenly Father, I am ever grateful for all the blessings you have brought to my life.  I ask you to restore my life, and restore my job.  I ask that you move the heart and mind of my former employer to rehire me. I ask that my past not be held against me for I am not that man.  I ask that you make them not afraid to give me this job.  I ask for this blessing in the name of Jesus and through your Holy spirit.  Father I ask you see my desperation and know I place my trust in you.  Lord let your will be done, if this is not your desire for me then please bring me a better opportunity that I may provide for my family, but if this is in line with your will, I ask you grant my plea and bless me with this happiness, allow me to make a living that will meet my obligations and needs and allow me to fulfill my hopes for a better future for myself and my family.  In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
