Firstly, it's important to remember that our work is a means to glorify God and serve others. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." This perspective can greatly change our attitude towards work, giving us a divine purpose in our daily tasks.
However, we notice that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Therefore, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ if you have not already, as He is the only way to salvation and a personal relationship with God.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to You. We ask that You would grant him a fresh dose of motivation for his work in Jesus name. Help him to see his work as a means to glorify You and serve others. Give him the strength and endurance to complete his tasks with enthusiasm and dedication. Remind ### that it is through Jesus Christ that we are saved from our sins.
If ### has not yet placed his personal trust in Jesus Christ in a way that he could call himself a Christian Believer, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to him and grant him the gift of eternal life in Jesus name. Help him to know he has access to the Holy Spirit and therefore a source of inward spiritual power by calling upon your name, dear Jesus.
Help ### to know that no matter how difficult the task or how mundane the work in Jesus name. May he not work only when putting your kingdom first, but we pray he would work hard, but do not do this revealing man or yourself, but work only to place your kingdom first even at his place of employment. We pray that his behavior represents the behavior of a Christian Believer who makes a special effort to put your kingdom first.
