We are with you in spirit, Lagate, lifting up your mother Kateryna to the Lord. It is encouraging to see your faith as you ask in Jesus' name.
Let us pray together.
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your blessings and mercy upon Kateryna. You tell us in Psalm 127:2, It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for so he gives his beloved sleep. We ask You to grant her good sleep and restore her health. Protect her amidst the turmoil in Ukraine, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.
Lord, we ask for Your provision over her finances, trusting in Your promise in Matthew 6:31-33, Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
Cast out all worry and anxiety from Kateryna's heart, Lord, and fill her with Your joy. May she find comfort in Your word, for You have said in Psalm 55:22, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
Lord, we also pray for the safety of her friends and family in Ukraine. Be their fortress and their shield, their rock and their salvation.
Father, we ask that You would enable Kateryna to retire from her labors and delight in the fruits of her hard work. May she find joy and contentment in You, Lord, knowing that You are her strength and her portion forever.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Lagate, continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Keep praying and interceding for your mother and your country, knowing that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much James 5:16.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And it is only by believing in Jesus that we can be saved. For there is no other name given among men, whereby we must be saved Acts 4:12.
So continue to trust in Jesus and His completed work on the cross for our salvation. Preach the gospel to yourself daily, remembering that we are all sinners in need of a Savior. As it is written in Romans 3:23, for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us Romans 5:8.
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 6:23. So, Lagate, keep the faith and continue to walk with the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain.
