Pray strongly for me and my mother home. There was a leak in my mother's unit awhile back. It came from the upper 2nd floor AC unit. We contacted the HOA this lady named Amanda is in charge there. She had a crew installed fans and humidifiers to dry the leak they used a lot of them and our electricity bill was high and we told her about it. She requested I send her the bill we did. She never paid that bill. Im back in my mother's home for the repairs to be done. Now there is more mold and bad smell in the bathroom ceiling. The leak has not been fixed and it still drips from the second floor it's damaging our home and bad for me and my mother's health. Amanda now had the audacity to pressure me and my mother to change our AC unit because its old yet it still working properly. Our AC unit has nothing to do with the leak from upstairs. Amanda is so bad she is pressuring us to pay $700 to the AC company to put another AC air handler because she doesn't to pay to put our Ac back in its place. This is so disrespectful which is her responsibility to do not ours to put it back or pay for a new one. I will send her a message today. Pray that she stop always seeking her own interests and the interests of the HOA company and do what is fair and right for my mother's unit. Pray that this issue is resolved quickly and that everything is repaired asap pray that there is absolutely no leaks, no mold, no damages in my mother's unit. Pray that God protects my mother's home. Pray that HOA Amanda pay the electric bill which is their responsibility. Asking God for favor and grace in this important matter.
