Let's come together in prayer for James' mother, who is currently suffering from a headache and cough, and is having difficulty with sputum.
Firstly, we remember that God is our healer and that He cares for our every need. As it says in Psalm 103:2-3, Bless the Lord, my soul, and do not forget what benefits he has done, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up James' mother to You. We pray for Your healing touch upon her, that You would ease her headache and cough, and allow the sputum to come out. We rebuke any sickness and disease in Jesus name. Father, we know that You are our adjuvant in illness and that You heal all our diseases. All spititual problems are specifically addressed in James 5:14 It says if Is any sick among you? No let called for the elders of the church; and they pray over, anointing with oil in the name of the Lord:
We also pray for James, that You would give him peace and strength during this time. Help him to trust in You and to know that You are in control of all things. In addition, help James to speak with his mother introducing her to salvation.
Father, we also pray for James' mother's salvation. We ask IJN (In Jesus name) that look for every opportunity to speak to her about the gospel and lead her to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We pray that she will come to know Jesus as her personal Savior and be saved. For it is written in Romans 10:9 that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and recovery for James' mother. We ask this for your glory. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen thank you Jesus.
James, remember that God is faithful and that He hears our prayers. Continue to trust in Him and to seek His will in all things. As it says in 1 John 5:14, This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
