Humble Prayer Partner
My senior citizen mother slipped and fell last Monday. She is in much pain and needs prayer for relief of this pain.

My loved one doesn't want to live anymore. She doesn't want platitudes or to read "God has a purpose for her life". No, she doesn't want to write this herself because she's had a beyond awful experience with this site and the people on it. She says that she wouldn't mind that someone prays that she passes away before this year ends. Before you do so, remember to be compassionate. -

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jer. 29:11). We ask that You would comfort her, strengthen her, and heal her body. Give wisdom to the doctors and caregivers involved in her care. Remind her that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that she would sense Your presence and peace during this challenging time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Additionally, we encourage you to continue seeking medical attention for your mother. God often works through the hands of skilled healthcare professionals. Keep trusting in Him, knowing that He cares for her deeply.
Lastly, we want to emphasize the power of praying in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find our hope and healing. If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
