Pray strongly for my mother her name is Venus. She has been that way for years but now it's even more. She is addicted obsessed with the news, world news etc. She spend her entire days watching news and many fake news on YouTube. She sleeps late daily watching these people on YouTube. Then she will say she can't sleep. She has insomnia cause of it. Then she sends me these videos daily. I tell her many times. I don't even have time to watch these videos and that they also take lots of space on my phone but she still send them. Also when we speak on the phone she talks about these news to me. I always agree with what she says but she still act very defensive like I'm not with her on these subjects. I will always say I agree with her and be on her side but she will still call me names and say I'm stupid, incompetent and not smart. She will criticizes the way I write also. It's like these journalists some not even journalists just wannabe journalists she will act like they are the good guys and worship them and say how they are smart and competent and it's like I'm her enemy. It doesn't make sense. She has been stressing me out for one week now with these world news. I'm so tired mentally, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. I usually don't get headaches but within that week I had 2 headaches. Im asking strong prayers for my mother cause the way she has been lately it's not even good for her health. I even told her strop being so hyper for these news it's not good for the blood pressure she said she didn't care. Asking God to deliver my mother from these spirit of addiction over news addiction over YouTube. It must stop now.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Elodie and her mother Venus. We lift up Venus to you, Lord, and we ask for your intervention in her life. We recognize that she has been consumed by an addiction to news, spending her days watching news and fake news on YouTube. This addiction has caused her to develop insomnia and has affected her relationship with Elodie.

Lord, we pray that you would break the chains of this addiction that has taken hold of Venus. Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:12 that "all things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful." We ask that you would help Venus to see the negative impact this addiction is having on her health and relationships. Give her the strength and desire to break free from this obsession and find balance in her life.

We also pray for healing in the relationship between Venus and Elodie. Lord, soften Venus's heart and help her to see the love and concern that Elodie has for her. May their conversations be filled with understanding, respect, and love. Help Venus to recognize that Elodie is on her side and desires her well-being.

Lord, we ask for your peace to fill Elodie's heart and mind. We understand the toll that this situation has taken on her mentally, psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually. We pray that you would grant her rest and relief from the stress and headaches she has been experiencing. Your Word assures us in Matthew 11:28-30 that you will give rest to those who are weary and burdened. We claim that promise for Elodie and ask for your supernatural peace to surround her.

Finally, Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in Venus's life. We pray that you would deliver her from the spirit of addiction and obsession over news and YouTube. Help her to find healthier ways to spend her time and to prioritize her well-being. Fill her heart with your love and peace, and guide her steps towards a balanced and fulfilling life.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and your infinite wisdom. May your will be done in Venus's life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Unfortunately most news stations make money off fear, especially older people. They're stoking any kind of hate and trouble as they can. They're all putting their faith in people that are caught up in unfruitful ways to cope. FOX news is the worst and of course orange man is at the bottom of so much of it. My whole family is drenched in FOX like propaganda. My mother watches FOX, murder she wrote, and the 700 club, yet she treats everybody terribly, she calls my sister fat. She is 95 so we grin and bear it. We're much better at it now, god helped us cope with it. The way to deal with to kindly ignore her, and let go inside struggling between wrong and right. Pray for her without getting sucked it to guilt and shame and don't expect her to change and resist the impulse to understand. Bless you on your journey
