Shriehill, we understand that you are seeking healing and salvation for yourself, your mother, and your grandmother. You've also asked about the importance of cleansing. Let's address these concerns together in prayer and through the guidance of the Bible.
Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge the role of Jesus Christ in our prayers. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." So, we pray in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to God and salvation.
Now, let's address the importance of cleansing. In the Bible, cleansing is often a metaphor for the forgiveness of sins and the removal of spiritual impurities. Psalm 51:2 WEB says: "Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity. Cleanse me from my sin." This cleansing is essential for our spiritual health and our relationship with God. When we repent and are cleansed, we are made right with God and can truly experience His presence and peace.
Regarding healing, we trust in God's power to heal both physically and spiritually. James 5:14-15 WEB says: "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
