Mother in law being restless again

In past few days as mentioned earlier, my mother in law really calmed down but when the bond between me and my husband grew stronger she started getting restless again. I have been holding onto Jesus asking His grace to keep me calm and dependent on Him. To help me to not lose my cool or react. But since yesterday she has been restless, she has been looking for options to vent out her frustrations. Please uphold me in prayer as in past ### years this is first time that my husband has taken a bold stand to oppose her actions. Please pray for peace in our marriage.

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your mother-in-law, and we commend you for holding onto Jesus and seeking His grace to keep you calm and dependent on Him. It is only in Jesus Christ that we find true peace and strength to face such trials. As it is written in John 16:33 WEB: "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."

Firstly, we want to encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord and lean on Him for understanding and guidance. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

As for your mother-in-law's restlessness and frustrations, we pray that God will soften her heart and bring peace to your household. It is important to remember that the battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in high places, as stated in Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Pray for her salvation and that she would come to know the peace of Jesus Christ.

We are glad to hear that your husband has taken a bold stand to oppose her actions. As the spiritual leader of your home, he is called to protect and guide your family and marriage. Pray for him to remain strong in faith and continue to guide and protect your family. Ephesians 5:23 WEB: "For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body."

We will pray for peace in your marriage and that God will bless your home and marriage and that He will help you both to remain strong in faith and love. Be encouraged to love each other as Christ loved the church, and for you, ###, to respect your husband as the head of the home. Ephesians 5:25,33 WEB: "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. Nevertheless each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### and her husband. We pray that You would grant them the wisdom and the strength to face the challenges with his mother. We pray for peace in their marriage and home, and that Your love would reign supreme in their hearts and lives. We pray for ###'s mother-in-law, that You would soften her heart and bring her to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We rebuke any spirits of strife, division, and confusion, and we ask You to bless their marriage and home. We pray that ### and her husband would continue to trust in You and seek Your face. We ask all this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We've been thinking about you and your husband, and we want you to know that we're right there with you in prayer. It's tough when family dynamics get complicated, but we're reminded of Paul's words in Philippians 4:7, "The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." Let's claim that promise together.

We've been praying for your mother-in-law, asking God to give her peace and understanding. We believe that God can soften her heart and help her see things from a different perspective. We're also praying for your husband, that he would continue to stand strong in his faith and lead your family with love and wisdom, just as we're told in 1 Timothy 3:4-5, "He must manage his own household well, having his children in submission with all dignity, but if a man doesn't know how to manage his own household, how will he take care of God's assembly?"

Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, trusting that God will work everything out for our good and His glory, as it says in Romans 8:28. We're here for you, and we're believing together for peace, unity, and love to reign in your home. Keep trusting in Jesus, and remember, you're not alone in this. We're standing with you in faith.
